Marilu Henner, a woman that has the strength and energy that comes from an adolescent, paired with the sage's knowledge is a shining example of modern day woman who is able to be all things to all people. As she reached her 50's, and parents of both her had lost their lives-her mother to issues with arthritis, and her father due to a heart attack that was fatal, she recognized that she required to take control of her life. It was all about fitness, and the best way to maximize the function of our bodies.
